Joe: I actually find most of your links entertaining, especially the Uncle Owen/Aunt Beru one. Hilarious.

Roc: I don't think I've unfollowed any friends, but there are very few people that come through to my phone anymore. It just got to be too much.

Cody: I was waiting for that. I'm a little surprised nobody has Twittered, "I'm tired and bored and my job sux LOL!" That's what I would have done.

Kev: I've always assumed that at least half of those people weren't actually going to the gym. And directed at a particular person? I'm sure I don't know what you're talking about.

Yes and yes. Please also add to the 'verboten' list updates about going to the gym, running, and/or yoga. For some reason these self serving updates make me want to run directly to the nearest McDonalds and order a number 3 with a side of number 4.

Oh, and is this mini-blog directed (in part) to anyone in particular?

Seriously though, I agree. Whenever I tweet about my life, I try to make it interesting. That, or talk about Sprite. Otherwise its mainly replies to my friends.

Again, your words are inspiring me to write one of these up myself.

I couldn't agree more.

As much as I don't like unfollowing friends, if they commit these cardinal sins frequently, I have to pull the plug. If not, my OCD hits unmanagable levels.

I agree, sir. I might have been guilty before by saying I was tired or bored here and there but have stopped that.

Lately, I've been throwing up a ton of links to things I find interesting - like tech news, movie stuff, cool or funny internet videos. Things other people might like. Most times its easier to throw up a link then to post it on my blog.

I actually unfollowed a few people because all they were saying was - I'm eating Fruit Loops, Its snowing, shoveled snow, watching House, took a nap. Wow, I really didn't need to know that nor care. If they started to tell me about their bathroom habits then I would really lose it.

I've been using Tweetdeck to search for others that may have similar interests that's worth following. I'd rather keep my followers small and tight than have a ton that I don't care about and waste my time.

Same for people that follow me. I'll check out a bunch of their latest tweets and if it doesn't jive with what I'm into I just don't follow them back.
