As much as I don’t like unfollowing friends, if they commit these cardinal sins frequently, I have to pull the plug. If not, my OCD hits unmanagable levels.

Lately, I’ve been throwing up a ton of links to things I find interesting – like tech news, movie stuff, cool or funny internet videos. Things other people might like. Most times its easier to throw up a link then to post it on my blog.

I actually unfollowed a few people because all they were saying was – I’m eating Fruit Loops, Its snowing, shoveled snow, watching House, took a nap. Wow, I really didn’t need to know that nor care. If they started to tell me about their bathroom habits then I would really lose it.

I’ve been using Tweetdeck to search for others that may have similar interests that’s worth following. I’d rather keep my followers small and tight than have a ton that I don’t care about and waste my time.

Same for people that follow me. I’ll check out a bunch of their latest tweets and if it doesn’t jive with what I’m into I just don’t follow them back.
